2. Why should I engage Chametz Joy instead of Freelance cleaners?Chametz Joy assures you of accountability of the actions of our housekeepers during the course of their duty. There is no longer any need for worry of sudden disappearances of your cleaner. Should there be any problems encountered with the housekeepers assigned to your home, inform us and we will take appropriate remedial action. In addition, we assigns professionally trained cleaners to ensure the well-being of your home. You can be assured of quality service at affordable prices.


3. Do i need to supply anything for your cleaning?Generally, client will provide all cleaning agents and equipment, such as vacuum cleaner, etc for all housekeeping packages. Chametz Joy will only provide cleaning agents and equipment for Pre/Post Move-in Cleaning.

4. Do i need to be home while the cleaning is in progress?Most our customers prefer us to clean when they are at work so that they can come back to a clean, tidy home. Hence, you would need to leave behind a key which will be kept in a safe for security reasons. Only the assigned housekeepers who always clean your home have access to the keys on the days they are scheduled to clean your home. However, if you feel uncomfortable, talk to us for your preferred arrangements.

5. How do i make appointment for your services?You could email us chametzjoy@yahoo.com.sg at least 1 week in advance to give us some time to make the necessary arrangement.

6. How do i make payment for your service?Payment will be made through bank transfer/cash upon each confirmation of cleaning package.
